tnREC represents an opportunity to provide robust local technical assistance in implementing EHRs and achieving meaningful use and associated healthcare quality improvement.

tnREC will make assistance available to all providers, but with priority given to assisting specific types:

• Community health centers and rural health clinics

• Rural and Critical Access Hospitals

• Individual and small group practices predominately focused on primary care

• Others primarily serving the uninsured, underinsured or medically underserved populations

Incentive funding up to $63,750 is available for Eligible Professionals (EPs) within the Medicaid program seeking to achieve Meaningful Use of an EHR. Through special funding, tnREC is offering free or low-cost health information technology services if an EP meets the Medicaid patient volume thresholds.

We help healthcare providers take the right steps to implement new technologies that enhance and improve the quality of care available.
